Powerless was an American sitcom television series set within the world of the DC Universe. It follows the adventures of Wayne Security Research and Development director Emily Locke, who in this episode has to sit through repeats of a six-hour anti-bullying video, narrated by jailed super villains that include Prince Evillo, leader of the Devil's Dozen from the Legion's time. His prisoner number is a reference to ADVENTURE COMICS 350, in which he first appeared.
