CRISIS ON INFINTE EARTHS (2023)

This Spring 2023 box from the pop culture fanatics at World's Finest: The Collection focuses on CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS. It features covers from the comic book series, many of which of course include Legionnaires.
   WFTC membership enabled subscribers to buy uniquely themed boxes every quarter filled with exclusive collections of items licensed from DC, including apparel, accessories, homewares, and scale collectible vinyl figures.
   The physical box of the CRISIS set is adorned by the art for the cover of CRISIS 1, with Dawnstar among the characters shown.
   Inside it are a number of items that will interest Legion fans. The long-sleeved shirt features the iconic cover of CRISIS 7, which depicts Legionnaires and other heroes mourning Supergirl's death. One of the sleeves bears the CRISIS logo, a nice touch.
   This was the last box in the series before it got cancelled, making this item even more elusive to find.

   There's a plush blanket with the cover of CRISIS 1 on it. The 3 ¾ by 5 feet throw comes rolled up inside a paper sleeve which bears the same artwork. The dilemma for collectors is whether to unravel the blanket or keep it in its furled form.

   Next up is a set of four sturdy art cards, each depicting a different cover from CRISIS. The cover to CRISIS 3 of course features Kid Psycho on it.

   And if that's not enough, look for the metallic water bottle, embellished with the faces from the cover of CRISIS 5, among them the likes of Wildfire, Dream Girl and Dawnstar. It's probably best used as a decorative item, as collectors would have second thoughts about actually using it. Slurpee cups anyone?

   Other goodies in the box include a figure of the Spectre, and a key chain featuring the Flash. All in all, this is a well-curated box and certainly one of the best in the World's Finest series to date.
